2003 Nissan maxima SE or 2003 Acura TL type s?

Sure the maxima has a legendary VQ35DE, but the type s has 260hp with the outstanding fuel efficiency and reliability of a Honda. Which one do you recommend? I'm stumped on which one to get to it
