I have a 2005 honda accord lx and it shakes/vibrates when im stopped and gear is on drive or reverse?

Theres no check engine light on, and im thinking i need a diagnosis. Should i do a diagnosis at a dealership they said 126$ or should i take it to a local shop? Any comments
