Crashed on first cbt, said they would rebook me but no word for over a month?

at the beginning of August I took my cbt, the first part of the day I was on a 125cc Honda but they swapped me with a 50cc moped before going on the road. When I was on the road some kids were playing in the middle of the road and I got scared and tried to stop but forgot mopeds don't have a back foot brake so crashed into a park car whilst trying to find it. It was my first time on bike which I told my instructors. I think I should of just said can you rebook me instead of going straight on the road but I felt safe to be honest. They said they would re book me but haven't gotten back to me yet but I've paid my insurance so I was covered. What do I do? I really need my cbt to get to and from work and to prove I have transport for my job. So waiting over a month now is pretty stressful.
