Why does my car rev while idle?

The car will rev up and down when I'm at a red light and it has a hard time taking off as well sometimes. It has even died on me a couple of times while i was stopped but started right back up.

I went to auto zone and they ran a test because the check engine light came on. The code says the cylinder 2 is misfiring. I just had the timing belt and spark plugs changed within in the last year. I also just used some fuel injector cleaner and it still is giving me trouble.

Its a 97 Honda Accord SE 4 cylinder.
