05 honda metropolitan starts but wont rev up?

Accidently put 2 cycle gas for weedeater in it. So I removed tank, cleaned it out. Installed new gas. New gas filter. Plug and air filter. Changed oil. Removed carb and cleaned jets,float. What else could it be? Fuel pump. If I hold my hand over the air intake and choke it, it will rev up like it should, as long as I allow a little air to get in. But when it revs up and I take my hand away it waaaaaa, and dies.
Frekin things got me pissed.
