Is there any bank that i can get a motorcycle loan even though i have bad credit?

hi, i have bad credit (im 19 and i am working on my credit) and i am looking for a motorcycle to save miles and gas for my car and i just got declined on my credit unions and i am hoping to see if there are lenders with decent rates for bad credit. I make 30k a year and i would love to get a honda shadow and yes, i am licensed for motorcycle. And is motorcycle lender a legit site? Thanks
