My neighbor left a strange note, what should I say to her?

She wrote a note saying that when I turn my sprinklers on for all of ten minutes, every other day, at 5 a.m. That the wind blows and it gets her car dirty. Not that it matters but she drives a 1988 Honda Accord with both bumpers held together with duct tape. She's super religious and says that she prays nothing happens to my sprinkler system. Like really? How do I respond to that? Do I even need to address it?

How often should a car's AC compressor need to be replaced?

We have a 2007 Honda CRV with 120,000 miles on it. The AC compressor system just failed. I feel like that's too soon for a 7 year old car. I've had cars for 10-15 years and never had that happen. How often should that happen?

What's the average horsepower for today?

I know the average has decreased, in the 50's it was like 325 horsepower for the average and 400 for the 60's. Someone told me the average today is like 150 horsepower, but my grandmother's 2013 Hyndai Sonota has 190 horsepower. My friends Honda has 125 horsepower, but looks sporty. I guess today cars today are just mean't to be good on gas like an economy car, with a 4 cylinder engine. But I want to get an exact average. For regular cars not muscle cars which there isn't as many muscle cars as there use to be anyways.

Looking for a second hand first bike?

Im currently thinking between the Yamaha DT 125R and Honda CG 125. Im a heavy bloke but not really big, 19 stone and 5'11. The lower looking CG (for my weight), reliability, cost etc of the honda is appealing to me, as it needs to be cheap and bombproof, but the yamaha has more power to shift my weight to-from work, and is offroad, making me assume its better in the snow and with hills (i live in the area around barnsley, and will be travelling about an hour to work)

Stay as a automotive technician or take opportunity as a verizon sales associate?

I work at Honda making on avg. 40k a year at age 23 with possibility to cap out at 60k. Im good at what I do but I dont like working on cars, I could care less about a vehicle and its operations. I have an opportunity to become a sales associate and Im not sure if I will be able to at least make 40k a year. I see it as a way to better my side businesses in automotive because I can't sell side work working at honda. Also thinking of contracting in construction without even working do to my connections. Should I stay as a tech or move on to sales so that I can better my network capabilities, social skills and be able to produce my own business? Any thought?

A mechanic says my CV joint is bad but I don't really hear any noise from it. It looks like its in a wrong angle, but I'm not a mechanic to be certain. I have a Honda City 2004.
