Hey guys i have a honda civic hybrid 2015 and i have a inward dent on my side skirt?

what worrys me is that the part if the door about an inch and a half is also bent inward what do i do?! And yes it was my fault i drove over a random big piece of cinder block and accident that was placed right before a speedbump.
