What is the best engine oil thats suit my honda accord 2.4 2003 seden?

Hi guys i live im middle east - Bahrain i own honda accord 2003 with 251k on it, i wonder what The best oil that suits my car, the dealer here recommend 5w-30 but from what i know that oil is not good for climate that the temp. Reaches 50 C in the summer. To my knows 5w40 would be very good.
Currently im using 20w50 and its feels so thick
