Does a 2004 Honda Civic LX have a Torque Converter Clutch?

I have a problem with my car. There is a check engine light pointing to the TCC Solenoid. I researched the whole system and how it works and when I was replacing the transmission I do not remember seeing a clutch for the Lock up mechanism and was wondering if it does have it and where it is. If the car has it since there is a solenoid for it then I will go ahead and check the harness why it is stuck-off.
