What tire size should I get to go from 14 rims to 16 rims for my '99 Honda Civic Dx?

Stock size is P185/65R14 but I would like to go up two rim sizes. I would like to know what would be the best tire size be so that it doesn't affect my speedometer/ odometer drastically. I live in Southern California so if you could recommend which would be best that would be great!
