Buying a Car (Read Details)?

So I figured I would ask people about which car out of the following is the best, mind you I want a car that has a JDM spec higher than the stock spec but is also cheap (conversion cost doesn't matter). So I've narrowed it down to the Honda civic (which will become a type R) or a Toyota corolla (which will become a AE110/111), I don't know which one would be generally accepted as better so I'd like an idea of that, thanks. (also if you have any cars to add go for it, just make sure their starting cost is cheap and that its a compact/subcompact. It also, unfortunately, must be front wheel drive)
