I m looking to buy a 335i- I currently drive a Honda Insight, if I wanted to trade in my Honda does anyone know what steps to take? I m assuming that I need to clean it and remove all of the exterior stickers. But should I remove the license plate once it s been appraised and I m ready to turn it in? Do I also need to bring the title with me?
I m also wondering once the car is purchased how does insurance work? Can I put my old plate on the new car? Does the dealership fax over the information so they can give me a temp insurance card before driving off the lot? Once I m home how do I go about getting legit insurance rather than a temp or do I wait for the cards and new stuff to come in?
I know it s a lot of questions, Im just wanting to know all of this before I walk in a dealership.
Also if I wanted to put new rims and tires on the BMW would I go through the dealership or some other company? Whenever I see rims on a BMW they always are BMW specific…
