I am interested in buying a 2001 honda accord. Visually, it is in like new condition. The owners of the vehicle have recently gotten a 27 point inspection done. The only problem is it needs transmission fluids replaced. Should I buy the car with only a 27 point inspection or is a pre purchase inspection still necessary?
