Can bad tinting job cause rattling noise of rear windshield?

Hello. I recently purchased honda accord ex-l V6 in a dealershop. The car was ok for a week. And one wk later, I took it to dealer to have tinting on. They did only rear half saying it's illegal to tint on front (I live in CA). I didn't notice any issue on my way back home from dealer after tinting was done. But one day after, I started hearing this annoying rattling/vibration(sounds almost like popcorn popping in microwave) sound from rear unless I'm driving on perfect paved road. It sounds like it comes from rear windshield which seems impossible. I took it back for check up, and I'm wondering what caused it.

Can bad tinting job cause it? When doing tinting, do mechanics remove windshield? If so, I'm guessing when they put it back, they didn't do it right and now it's kind of loose making this sound. Is it fixable? Please help me and some input will be appreciated.
