I was run down by a car…what should I do? Call the police?

I was driving home down a back road and this car that was way behind me suddenly sped up I could hear him coming. Im in a 2000 Honda Civic and he was in a boxy looking mustang I think and he flew up behind me fast. So I sped up to but I couldn't lose him and before I knew it my whole car was vibrating and rumbling from his. So I just pulled over and he aggressively went past. Anyway I think I blew a headgasket and my engine is knocking bad. Should I report this guy? I have his liscence plate #.
