Is maruti Suzuki Ritz a good option to drive in ooty for 5 members?

We are planning to visit ooty this weekend by opting suzuki Ritz… But few people suggested not to take Ritz as its engine may not be capable of driving atr those slopes etc… So please suggest Ritz or Honda city? These two only available. All other cars are booked…
