How would i be able to get a 4 - 5 thousand dollar loan out?

I was wondering how i would be able to get either a second car loan or just a personal loan out? Unfortunately i had traded in my 05 Infiniti in for a newer 14 honda but after a few weeks I regret my decision. My credit score is around 670 with a year and a half of history with out any blemishes. Income is 1200 - 1400 monthly. Any advise would be appreciated.
