07 Accord 4 cylinder with 150k miles. Recommended:

hose replacement kit (found hoses hard / brittle) $709

replace water pump (kit) (found belts excessively damaged / cracked) $651

cooling system service $156 (coolant discolored)

Would you have these done at Honda? Or could I get them done at a Tires Plus (they sent me a $100 coupon)
