1984 Honda atc110 won t run unless choke is on and won t idle?

I have a Honda atc 110 and it will start with choke on and run but it won t idle. And when I turn choke off it will die. I just bought a new carburetor for it and I tried adjusting the screws for on it but it did nothing. Any ideas?
