I have a 2004 honda accord 2.0 vtec i started it up and was reversing out of the garage then it cut out and green key light is flashing on dash i had a guy out who tried to plug it in to program the key again but the car will not comunicate he said ecu had failed so ive had new ecu fitted well second hand from a running car still no joy so we replaced the full ignition barrell with imobiliser ring and key to suit still no joy so we replaced the full fuse box still no comunication and car still wont start we cant have the key reprogramed until the car will make comunication with a scan tool any help please im at a loss
