Hi there, I have a Honda civic 2010. I will appreciate if you tell me what the orange sensore is for?

Actually, when I bought it(used) I saw a free thick wire that connected to the orange sensor.(it showed by red flesh on the picture)
The engine works well and no warning lights are on.
