04 Honda Accord. This is what happens:
It's always in rainy/wet weather, so I have my headlights turned on. When it happens, I can always shut something off (radio, lights, A/C) and the problems goes away (the battery light goes off and power steering comes back). Any suggestions as to what the problem might be? Also, it is not the belt, just replaced it a couple months ago, and it is still nice and tight. There is steering fluid in there also. It happened once a few days ago, and then 5-6 times yesterday.
