2005 Accura EL stereo removal and change. Cant find any help online?

So my Accura EL stereo is out of date, and i want to update it to one that has an AUX input in it. However, i cant seem to find my car model instructions online. The closest thing i can find is a Honda Civic of the same year. Is it the same process?

what do you think? Will it fit in my car? I heard some stereos have compatibility problems.

please let me know, as im not too familiar with vehicles.
