Taking my car into the shop for the first time (my first car and first time at a shop)?

Recently acquired a 1999 Honda Accord for $1500 with only 160k. Runs great but my dad checked car and said oil is low and then proceeded to check the rest of the car and said all my fluids need to be replaced.

What does that mean and what is the price for fixing this? I want to go to the shop with some sort of understanding of the prices so I know if I m being ripped off or not. Thanks.
