Honda accord transmission f… Up?

Bought a honda accord 2003 v6 for 34000. Engine was perfect transmission was perfect it just needed steering flush but recently my. Transmission is acting up. Doesnt have acceleration. And gears dont engage. I already changed the fluid but didnt really fix it. I just dont want to spend like 3k for a new transmission. What in thinking is. Revive transmission with antislip (or at least try) and sell it right away for around 2800. Is this a good choice? Or how about trade in at a dealer? Please help me on advice
