TAOTAO Cruiser 50 vs Ruckus?

I was thinking of buying a taotao cruiser 50, but wanting to swap the motor to a 150cc motor, would it be possible? Also was wondering if the TaoTao Cruiser 50 is a decent moped compared to the Honda Ruckus.
