What s wrong with my 1998 Honda CR-V?

Starts first time but when I drive and go to the store and turn it off. When I come back out from the store it won t start. Tries too just doesn t turn over. After sitting and trying for about 10 mins it will then start. I changed the spark plugs. What could this be. I was told by a friend it could be the spark plug wires or fuel pump what do you think it could be. Please help me out
