1990 Accord dash lights Out?

I have a 1990 Honda Accord. Just put a aftermarket stereo in. Now no dash lights, tail lights, license plate light or a beep signifying the lights were left on. All the fuses are good and there s no wires left that aren t taped up are capped off. What could be the issue?
