I looking at buying a 1984 Honda magna 1100 with about 37XXXk miles on it im just wondering if its a reliable bike and if its a bike that need quite a bit of maintenance. I currently have a 1992 Honda nighthawk 750 thats virtually maintenance free just oil changes, tires. I really want a bigger faster bike and im thinking about this 84 V65 ive come across. So if you know a little bit about the bike please share. Thanks
Added (1). Ive read that you have to adjust the valves from time to time about every 10k miles and that theres a camshaft problem to them not lasting very long due to bad oil flow to the top of the head and that it could be fixed with a mod to how the oil flows to the head. Would that be an expensive mod?
