My 92 honda civic si started having a issue today with the fuel pump not priming, my first guess was that it was the main relay so i replaced it and had no luck so i tried cleaning and reattaching the thermostat ground and still nothing I replaced fuse 24 and 31 with no luck… So I jumped pins 5 and 7 on the main relay and it starts… It idles extremely high and surges almost instantly I really have no idea what the problem is any thoughts of what to check would be nice theres no check engine light and it appears to function correctly when i turn the key
