I'm buying a 50cc scooter so I can drive it with my license, not getting a motorcycle license.

I'm looking to get a fast retro style scooter. I'd really like to get the Aprilia Mojito 50.
I cant get anything from honda, taotao, or anything else restricted to 30mph.
