Is it hard to drive a Honda CB110 Motorcycle?

Never owned a motorcycle, driven one, a scooter called Mio, it was automatic so it was just like riding a bike. Do you think i can handle a Manual? I'm a tall 18 year old guy with a good body (if that has anything to do with it)
