What would be a good first car? - 1

I'm going to start my summer job in about a month and I am going to earn around $2,500. I want to use this money to buy my first car. I'm stuck on which car I want to buy. I want the performance of a early 2000's Camaro, the sportiness of a Subaru, at the price of a Honda. What cars do y'all recommend for me. Or should I just get a truck so I can use it for work?
