What is the best sportbike/supersport bike, motorcycle, for someone 6ft2in and 195 lbs?

I have been looking at Kawasaki Ninja and Honda CBR series however open to anything.
What are some specifications I should look for on a bike?
Wanted some opinion of fellow riders to give me some guidance. Any is greatly appreciated!
