2003 Honda Civic LX 4d sedan shaking?

2003 Honda Civic LX 4d sedan shaking?
Added (1). I have a 2003 Honda Civic LX 4d sedan. A week ago I noticed a strong vibration and had all 4 mounts changed including the transmission mount. However, the car still shakes when idling but doesn't vibrate when im driving. What could possibly be wrong with my car?
Added (2). I recently had a tune up, and had the brakes and rotors replaced. The car has 215000 miles.
