I have a 2000 honda civic si with a b18b1 turbo. When i reach 5,000 rpm the car revv uncontrolably like if it was doing like a redline. The car is now smocking blue and sometimes when i turn off the car i see blue smoke coming out inbetween the turbo and the headers. And when im driving it for like 15 minutes the check engine light comes on. What can it be? How to fix it? And an estimate of cost
